OUR COMMITMENT, RESTRICTIONS, & GUARANTEE

Our Commitment...

We are committed to giving our puppies the best start possible in their new homes. We take pride in delivering a loving, playful, well-socialized, healthy puppy to our new puppy owners.

We concentrate on eye contact, human socialization, and lots of TLC. We focus on human contact and touch of sensitive areas (face, eyes, ears, and feet). Small breed dogs have small bladders and it is very difficult for puppies to hold their bladders for an extended period of time. Puppies should be able to hold their bladders 1 hour for each month of their age plus 1. So if a puppy is 2 months old, they can only hold their bladders for 3 hours. If you work outside the home or will have occasions when you will need to leave your puppy alone for an extended period of time, you need to be sure the puppy has a designated potty area to relieve itself while you are away. Check out our Potty Training page for information on some great potty training aids and alternatives to outside potty training.

Our puppies are not caged. Instead, they are treated as part of our family and raised in our bedroom and kitchen. They enjoy being part of our daily lives and playing with all our dogs and cats. They receive an abundance of love from our entire family to ensure that each one leaves here pre-socialized, pre-spoiled, and pre-loved.

All of our puppies receive their first set of vaccines and a series of wormings before they go to their new forever homes.

All of our puppies leave here with an extensive new puppy gift pack and a starter supply of food - Diamond Naturals Small/Medium Breed Puppy formula.

We DO require a deposit to hold a puppy until he/she is ready to go to his/her new forever home. ALL PUPPY DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

After you choose your puppy, we will frequently send updated pictures until you take your puppy home. This way you can see how your puppy is constantly growing and changing. After you take your new puppy home, we love to receive pictures and updates of all our puppies!

Our puppies are never forgotten after they leave our home. We frequently call to check on how your new puppy is adjusting to his/her new environment. We are always available with any questions or concerns you might have about your new puppy.
